About Sessions and how to schedule:
Option 1:
Work with Dana through her 40 day program to transform your Mind and Nervous System connection.
You will have one on one support as you are guided through a practice that studies have shown builds gray matter in the brain, creates new neurological connectivity, is very healing for the nervous system, and strengthens cognition.
We meet twice a week for 40 days via Zoom.
Option 2:
Weekly wellness coaching; Supporting you through Kundalini Technology and practices for a more peaceful and healthy Mind & Body.

Dana Robinson-Wild, KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher is the Creator and Head Facilitator of this program.
Dana specializes in techniques that may balance and heal nervous system dysregulation, build new neurological connectivity, and enhance brain growth.
After healing her own Brain injury and PTSD using these techniques, Dana created this program to help as many people as she could to gain their lives and peace back.
With six years of experience, and having guided hundreds of clients through her refind program, Dana has seen this practice transform the lives of each client she has worked with.
*The techniques taught by Dana are Kundalini Yoga teaching and some have been studied extensively by:
