Special course with Dana Wild


This October, as we prepare to step into the darkness of winter, we will begin a beautiful 31-day practice or Sadhana of light.

We will take a deep dive into ancient Kundalini Yoga Kriyas, Meditations, and Mantras that strengthen and uplift the "Radiant Body" as well as the Mind and Spirit!


What is the "Radiant Body?"


In the Kundalini traditions, we acknowledge 10 bodies within every human:

1. The Soul Body

2. The Negative Body

3. The Positive Mind

4. Neutral Mind

5. Physical Body

6. Archline

7. Auric Body

8. Pranic Body

9. Subtle Body

10. Radiant Body


"The Radiant Body, or the 10th Body, is our source of divine beauty, which goes well beyond physical appearance. It can be sensed as a strong, bright, powerfully confident presence. When your Radiant Body is underdeveloped, you may feel insecure and wish to avoid people and conflict. You may have fluctuating energy levels, paralyzing fear, and the inability to serve others. A strong Radiant Body attracts people and situations that benefit not only you but everyone around you. You may have a sense of being blessed and feel calm, confident, and full of energy. Our Radiant Body is our protection; but it is also our projection of royal courage, grace, and a willingness to be of service to others." -3HO

Course breakdown:
Participants practice every day for 31 days.

Practice is done in person and on your own at home.

For “in-person” meetings we gather at Crystals Keepers & “live” via Zoom, 6:10pm - 7:15pm PST

Session schedule:
First five days we meet in person or via Zoom at 6:10 pm PST and are in class until 7:30pm PST
- After our first 5 days of training, we are in person/via Zoom Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:10pm - 7:15pm until the last day which is in person or via Zoom.
- Weekends + Tuesday & Thursday’s are personal practice days.
