Service Description
Come with me on a 31 day journey of practicing a Kundalini Meditation used for creating more peace and balance within the nervous system, the mind, and Spirit. This is the same practice I have taught to others support and even resolve symptoms from PTSD, TBI's, Depression, Anxiety, Stroke, and more. I am a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga Teacher and wellness coach. I am not a doctor or therapist. I simply offer the practices I am trained in and have the immense honor of witnessing the healing reported by attendees. This group will meet online via Zoom, Weekdays, June 1st - July 1st. We will be meeting at 6:15pm PST. Participants are encouraged to schedule at least one individual session with Dana for additional 1:1 support.
